做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
