做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
