做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
