做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
