做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
