做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
