做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
