做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
