做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
