做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
