做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
