做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
