做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
