做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
