做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
