做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
