做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
