做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
