做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
