做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
