做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
