做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
