做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
