做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
