做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
