做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
