做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
