做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
