做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
