做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
