做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
