做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
