做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
