做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
