做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
