做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
