做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
