做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
