做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
