做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
