做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
