做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
