做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
