做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
