做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
