做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
