做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
