做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
