做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
