做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
